ROLE OVERVIEW
The Graphic Designer is responsible for translating Tomism’s ideas, spaces, and experiences into visual form. This role shapes how each concept is seen, understood, and remembered — across physical and digital touchpoints.
Working across hospitality and art environments, the role requires both creative sensitivity and practical execution, ensuring that all visual outputs are consistent, intentional, and aligned with the identity of each venue.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual assets across all Tomism venues and projects.
- Maintain and evolve brand identities, ensuring consistency across different platforms and formats.
- Design materials for print and digital use, including menus, posters, event collateral, signage, packaging, and social media content.
- Support campaign rollouts in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist, ensuring visual alignment with messaging.
- Create visual assets for The Level III exhibitions, including invitations, catalogues, and spatial graphics.
- Assist with website visuals and digital assets (e.g. banners, layout elements, image curation).
- Prepare files for print production, liaising with printers and suppliers where required.
- Manage design timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Maintain organised file systems and brand asset libraries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to ensure cohesive outputs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in graphic design or visual communication.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Understanding of both digital and print production processes.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of design and concept.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
