About... Tomism

Tomism starts with my cat, Tomi.

As I write this, she is happily playing with a little fur ball. Watching her in moments like this makes me think deeply about life. By living with her, observing her, and simply sharing everyday moments together, I have come to understand her perspective in my own way. I have found that her personality inspires me more often than I ever expected. We care for each other, and I truly believe we value each other deeply.
As I build my business and think about how I want to treat my team, I often think about Tomi. A team is made of different personalities, perspectives, and ideas, and what brings all of that together is connection. The connection I have with Tomi reminds me of how important human connection really is. Lately, the time I spend with her has become less and less, and that has made me reflect on myself. I realized that I have been giving too much of my time to everything except connection. In a world shaped by AI, social media, and endless streams of information every day, genuine human connection feels more valuable than ever.
Another thing Tomi reminds me of is curiosity. As the days go by, I feel that curiosity in people can slowly fade, but not in her. She is always curious, always present, always discovering something. That inspires me again and again. There is something beautiful about the way she lives, and it makes me reflect on the kind of life I want to live too.
For me, Tomism is not only a vision for my team or my business. It is also something deeply personal. It is my way of honoring Tomi — her love, her gentleness, her curiosity, and the way she continues to inspire me. She is loving, lovely, and caring, and she has taught me more than I can explain. I love her so much, and Tomism begins with that love.
